Fifth EV Days at the Novi Sad Fair: Innovations and challenges of electromobility

EV DAYS, a regional event promoting electric mobility, is focusing on the latest electric and hybrid vehicles at Hali "Master" and innovative technologies for vehicle charging. The event, organized by Chinese Ambassador NJ. E. Li Ming, aims to optimize the future of electric vehicles in Serbia, promoting economic growth and enhancing the quality of electric vehicles.

EV DAYS, a regional event promoting electric mobility, is focusing on the latest electric and hybrid vehicles at Hali "Master" and innovative technologies for vehicle charging. The event, organized by Chinese Ambassador NJ. E. Li Ming, aims to optimize the future of electric vehicles in Serbia, promoting economic growth and enhancing the quality of electric vehicles.

Today and tomorrow, the Novi Sad fair is hosting the fifth consecutive EV DAYS - a regional fair and conference dedicated to electromobility. In addition to the rich conference program, visitors have the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest models of electric and hybrid vehicles in the "Master" Hall, as well as innovative technologies for charging vehicles.

The event was opened by the Chinese ambassador to Serbia, NJ. E. Li Ming, who expressed optimism regarding the future development of electric vehicles in Serbia.- I believe that Serbia can take a leading position in the electric vehicle industry, and cooperation with Chinese manufacturers can further improve our friendship and economic relations, emphasized Ambassador Ming.

The Minister of Environmental Protection and one of the panelists, Sara Pavkov, emphasized the importance of subsidies provided by the Ministry for the purchase of electric vehicles and added - These subsidies directly affect the improvement of air quality and contribute to the development of green transport, which is a key priority of our agenda, Pavkov emphasized.

- At the Novi Sad fair, we will present the latest models of electric vehicles, as well as technologies for charging them, said the dean of the Faculty of Technical Sciences and one of the organizers, prof. Dr. Boris Dumnić. The conference program includes global topics such as smart cities, energy transition and cyber security, and visitors will have the opportunity to participate in testing vehicles and chargers, added Dumnić.

EV DAYS brings together leading companies from the automotive industry, manufacturers of components, software solutions and infrastructure for electric and hybrid vehicles. The conference will cover topics such as smart city infrastructure, fuel availability and cyber security, while students will solve challenges within the competition. Visitors will also be able to try out racing car and motorcycle simulators.

Entry to the event is free, and if you want to test the vehicle or the charger, you need to register in advance to get an appointment. There is a registration fee to participate in the panels.
