Mandatory insurance, OHS measures, and conduct rules at the Fair.

Insurance — mandatory

The exhibitor is required to arrange insurance for their property and persons present on the Fair grounds. The exhibitor is directly liable for damage caused to employees/visitors, Fair or third-party property, and the environment. The Fair is not liable for loss or damage to the exhibitor’s property.

Occupational health & safety (OHS)

  • The exhibitor must ensure implementation of prescribed OHS measures for employees and engaged personnel (equipment, training, personal protection).
  • Works (stand assembly, plumbing/electrical) may start only after project approval and review of installation schematics.
  • Any damage or injury arising from the exhibitor’s/contractors’ activities is borne by the exhibitor. The amount of damage is determined by the Fair’s commission.

Hall rules & conduct

  • Smoking is prohibited in the halls.
  • Packing/dismantling before official closing is not allowed (contractual penalty applies).
  • Removal of goods: only after the event ends, with an Exhibitor Service permit.
