Quick info

  • Reservation becomes final after the pro-forma invoice is paid; final settlement via invoice (usually 8 days).
  • Cancellation must be in writing at least 15 days before the event; otherwise the last pro-forma amount is charged.
  • Basic A/V support is included (projectors, screens, microphones, computers, cameras/monitors) according to hall type.
