Clear list of audio-visual equipment and technical support available in the Grand Hall and small halls.

Grand Hall – 350 seats

Designed for conferences and plenary sessions up to 350 seats, with dual projection and an extra display, plus full sound/control support.

  • Two projectors with two motorised screens (~4 m), plus a 42″ plasma in between.
  • Video source from the control room (PC/DVD) or via connections on the lectern and chair table.
  • Table microphones (4 on the table) + 2 mics on the lectern; wireless available (handheld and lav).
  • Two ceiling cameras, control room and mixer; ceiling and front PA.
  • Presenter monitors: two on the chair table and one on the lectern.

Small halls – 100 to 1,000 seats

Six smaller halls (50–100 seats) form larger spaces and setups for 200, 400, 600 and 1,000 participants. Standard A/V and connectivity in every hall.

  • Projector ~4,500 lm and motorised screen (~3 m) in each hall; NEC InfinityBoard 86″ interactive display with camera and software.
  • Up to 6 table microphones per hall (typically 2 on table + 2 on lectern) and wireless mics (handheld and lav).
  • 15″ monitors on table and lectern; wireless presenters.
  • Ceiling camera and PA; send picture and sound to other halls and corridor.
  • 42″ screens in front of each hall for announcements/programme.

Small halls (100–1,000 seats) — included:

  • PC in control (PowerPoint/DVD/Video/USB)
  • Ceiling camera
  • Table & wireless microphones
  • Monitor on table and lectern; connections at both
  • 42″ screen in front of hall

Useful notes

  • Presentations are played from control or via laptop connections on lectern/table; wireless presenter provided.
  • Picture & sound from one hall can be sent to other halls and corridor—handy for parallel sessions.
  • All halls are air-conditioned; tech support adapts when combining small halls.
