Stand types and systems

• Modular — OCTANORM and similar systems, quick assembly, branding with graphics and accessories.
• Custom — tailor-made solutions based on an approved design and technical documentation.
• Concepts, 2D/3D renders and technical documentation available through the technical department.

Norms & prohibitions

• Permanent damage to system elements is forbidden: aggressive glues, drilling, painting, etc. are not allowed.
• Any additional construction/element deviating from the standard requires prior project verification by the Fair.
• The exhibitor is liable for rented equipment and any damage.

Project approval

Submit the project for review and approval before works begin. Approval price:

• 3.5 EUR/m² — halls
• 2.5 EUR/m² — outdoor area

Amounts are VAT exclusive.

Contractors & documentation

• Contractor registration with worker list and on-site contact.
• Vehicle license plates registration for entry to the fairgrounds.
• Timely submission of required guarantees/promissory note (where applicable).

Deadlines, works & connections

• Assembly/disassembly are carried out within time slots defined by the technical service and event schedule.
• For plumbing works, power, water and internet connections — prior approval and purchase order via technical service are required.
• Outdoor works (e.g., ground works) must be announced and aligned with the technical service.

Safety & liability

• Mandatory compliance with occupational safety and fire protection regulations; only qualified personnel may perform works.
• The exhibitor is responsible for safe execution by their contractors and for any damage to third parties or equipment.
